Welcome to SEVEN.
We’re providing Louisville with an elevated cocktail experience. We opened our doors in late December 2023 in the NuLuMarketplace. SEVEN is the creation of Louisville native and beverage industry veteran Clay Livingston and a team of local cocktail and Bourbon enthusiasts.
“Our goal is to give Louisville and those visiting our city a world-class bar and lounge experience from the moment they walk through the door,” said Livingston, who previously worked with Red Herring and 8Up before moving to Chicago in 2018. “Our guests can anticipate that every aspect of their experience will be elevated. Service will be second to none with some of the finest in the industry. The décor and vibe will need to be experienced to be believed. We’re thrilled about this opportunity to bring such a unique establishment to NuLu.”
SEVEN’s offerings revolve around an ever-changing specialty cocktail menu with traditional and vintage drinks featuring vintage bourbons, spirits, and unique ingredients. A handful of local beers will be available on draft, along with up to 40 canned and bottled offerings. A slate of delicious non-alcoholic cocktails rounds out the drink menu.
Our nearly 3,000-square-foot space, designed by Cincinnati-based Michelle Pinales, features a variety of seating areas and a private tasting room for parties.
We’re open from 4 PM – midnight Sunday through Thursday and 4 PM – 2 AM on Fridays and Saturdays. Tastings and private entertainment inquiries can be made by emailing us at [email protected].
